9:30am: Participants introduction 

  • What project/s are you working on and what is your role?
  • How much time can you spend on this collaboration?

10am - Noon: Presentations of tools

Noon - 1:30pm: Lunch break (how could you see your tool fit into the infrastructure, what could you use)

1:30pm - 3pm: What tools could be connected and how? Evaluation of lunch thoughts. Priority of simple to hard ideas. Working in groups.

3pm - 3:30pm: Coffee break

3:30pm - 4pm: Code management practices, deployment management, tests, etc

4pm - 5pm: Implementation

5pm - 5:30pm: How will we organize ourselves? Monthly calls? Next meeting? Next steps.
