If your import finished successfully there will be a green checkmark icon next to the import job. A red exclamation mark indicates that an error occurred.

Due to a bug in Citesphere, imports sometimes fail on the first try. If your import fails the first time you try it, try it again with the same file and it might succeed. If it still fails on the second try, then there is most likely an issue with file to be imported (such as a format Citesphere can’t read). |
