Retrospective

What did we do well?

  • We feel good about ourselves. We are cool people.
  • Spring break was nice.
  • Figured out how to make sense of the chaos!
  • Learned how to use environment variables for sensitive configuration stuff.

What should we have done better?

  • Git. We should git better at git. 
  • We are struggling with dependencies.
  • Chaos!
  • Don't commit secret keys to github!!!! 
  • Get clearer about what files to add to the repo.
  • More comments in code!
